Assist survivors of domestic violence with the filing of their temporary and permanent restraining order petitions at various legal clinics located at the San Diego County Superior Courthouse.

Unlawful Detainer Clinic

Assist landlords and tenants with preparing court documents relating to an unlawful detainer/eviction case and provide legal education on subject to clinic participants. Clinic located only in North County Courthouse in San Diego.

Civil Temporary Restraining Order Clinic
Assist individuals seeking to obtain or defend a civil restraining order in the North County Courthouse of San Diego County. Provide legal advice on how to pursue restraining order and defend/prosecute such a claim in court.

Guardianship Clinic

Assist responsible adults in obtaining guardianship of a minor child who has been abused, neglected or abandoned. Clinic is located at SDVLP's downtown office.
