A Training for Attorneys, CPAs, and Enrolled Agents

JDCs Low Income Taxpayer Clinic provides pro bono representation for individuals in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, including audits, appeals, collection matters, and federal tax litigation. Volunteering through this project provides volunteers the opportunity to gain experience in tax controversy. In exchange for this free training and MCLE credit, attendees are asked to take 2 pro bono matters within 12 months.
