LACBA - Attorney Career Support Forum and Jobs Bulletin Board

LACBA has created a new service for attorneys who may be experiencing career related hardships due to the economic downturn. This services may also be helpful to attorneys who are considering a career change as well as to law firm recruiters and private recruiters.

Attorney Career Support Forum
The LACBA Career Support List Serve allows participants to share information, resources and assistance via email forum on topics such as job availability, job seeking guidance (resume, interview skills, etc.), changing to or establishing a new practice, and personal and family issues that may arise from economic dislocation.

The Attorney Career Support Forum List Serve is open to both members and non-members of the Association, including non-attorneys who are able to provide assistance to attorneys seeking career-building and career-changing guidance.

LACBA Jobs Bulletin Board
Another valuable LACBA career resource is the LACBA Jobs Bulletin Board. Using this online resource, attorneys can browse a list of available jobs and create "Jobs Wanted" listings. To browse available jobs or to post "Job Wanted" listings, visit www.lacba.org/careersupport.
